FRATERNITY AND SORORITY LIFE AWARDS AND ACCREDITATION
The FSL Awards and Accreditation program recognizes excellence within the fraternity and sorority community. Chapters and individuals are honored for their achievements in leadership, service, academics, and chapter operations. The FSL Awards Ceremony, held annually in the spring, is a formal event celebrating these accomplishments and fostering pride within the community. Accreditation ensures chapters uphold university and national standards, promoting accountability and excellence and is connected to the awards and designed for chapter leaders, council officers, and members dedicated to organizational and personal growth.

MGC and NPHC Convocation
A mandatory informational session for students interested in joining a chapter within the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) or National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Hosted at the beginning of each semester, this event provides an overview of the history, values, and membership intake process for culturally-based fraternities and sororities. Attendees learn about the benefits of joining, expectations for new members, and how to navigate the recruitment process. Business casual attire is required. *In order to be considered for membership, interested students must have attended Convocation at least once.*

NATIONAL HAZING PREVENTION WEEK (NHPW)
National Hazing Prevention Week (NHPW) is an annual campaign dedicated to educating all students about hazing, promoting a culture of respect, and encouraging students to take a stand against harmful traditions. The week includes workshops, panel discussions, and social media campaigns aimed at fostering a safer USF community. These events are open to all students and is observed each September.

OLYMPIAN SUMMIT
The Olympian Summit is the premier leadership conference for fraternity and sorority leaders at USF. The event features engaging workshops and interactive discussions The program challenges attendees to reflect on their leadership impact and explore ways to strengthen their chapters and councils. The summit is open to fraternity and sorority members looking to enhance their leadership skills.

SUMMER YARD SHOW
A vibrant showcase featuring performances from MGC and NPHC fraternities and sororities. The event highlights stepping, strolling, and saluting traditions while fostering unity among culturally-based organizations. Held in the summer before the fall semester, the Summer Yard Show serves as a welcome-back event and an introduction to the MGC and NPHC chapters. Students interested in joining MGC or NPHC organizations can learn more about them through performances and networking opportunities.

TRICK OR TREATS WITH THE GREEKS
Bring your family and enjoy this fun and friendly Halloween event! An open and welcomed Halloween-themed event where fraternity and sorority members host activities, games, and candy giveaways for children and families in the local community. Held in USF Greek Village, this annual event providing a safe and festive environment for families to celebrate Halloween.

Values Celebration Week (VCW)
Values Celebration Week (VCW) is an annual series of events celebrating the core pillars of fraternity and sorority life: Integrity, Learning, Leadership, and Service. This week-long initiative includes educational programs, philanthropy events, and friendly competitions among chapters. Teams earn points throughout the week, with the highest-scoring group earning the VCW Championship. The event is open to all students and members and fosters unity across councils.

WELCOME BACK JAM
Welcome Back Jam is a high-energy social event designed to reunite the fraternity and sorority community at the start of the spring semester. Featuring music, food, and performances from MGC and NPHC organizations, the event offers an opportunity for students to connect with Fraternity and Sorority Life, meet chapter members, and kick off the new semester. Open to all students, the Welcome Back Jam is a staple event fostering a sense of belonging and campus engagement.

WOW KICKBACK
The Week of Welcome (WOW) Kickback is a high-energy social event showcasing the many culturally based organizations at USF. This event features performances, music, food, and music from the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) and Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) student organizations and chapters. Open to all students, the W.O.W. Kickback is an annual event which kicks off every Fall semester.
